Amazing spot just outside busy Bozeman. Quiet and secluded sitting on the 17th hole. We witnessed a hole in one on our second eve. If you can find this available, book it.

Great place to stay. Was spacious enough for our trip with our two dogs. Erik the owner was great with communication, and was very nice/helpful throughout our stay.

Erik is a great host. Erik welcomed us in his guest suite in person and recommended a few things to do in Bozeman. His home is clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. My dog, Lady, especially loved playing with his dog Timber

Erik and Peppers’s place offers all you need for comfort, location, and amenities. Their place is within a few minutes of the heart of downtown Bozeman, yet you feel like you are out in the country. Views of the golf course, mountain, wildlife, and peaceful neighborhood are perfect for relaxing and enjoying Montana. Our little fur babies enjoyed their stay as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was cozy. I have already shared the link with friends who will be spending time in Bozeman.

We will come back and stay again.

We had a fantastic time. Relaxing on the balcony with coffee and also evening. Fun watching the golfers. We never got to fly fish, but so happy we had the opportunity. Erik our host made sure we had everything we needed.

Erik’s guest suite was perfect for us! We have two children, ages 3 and 5, and they never got bored as the place was stocked with new and exciting games and toys for them to play with. Erik was extremely easy to communicate with which made for an easy and pleasant trip. We will definitely be back!

The title said “perfect for pets and kids.” Our high energy German short haired pointer ran in circles with Erik’s dog. Our 3 year old daughter loved the toys. I enjoyed an out the backyard cross-country ski. Erik was a gracious host and offered some good suggestions. We received a tour on arrival. Heated floors are just so nice, warm, and quiet.

Erik and Pepper’s space was very comfortable, clean and easy to access. I spoke with Erik the most, he was super nice and generous with their own gear. The space is attached to their home but it still felt private. I’d stay again if/when I’m back in the Bozeman area.

Erik and Pepper were exceptionally gracious hosts! We were welcomed with a brief tour of the super cute and comfortable guesthouse and made to feel incredibly welcome on arrival. They lent us cross country ski equipment and provided great suggestions on where to hike, restaurants to enjoy, and things to do in the area. Nothing was too much trouble. Our dog played endlessly with their dog on the huge deck and in the grounds, and they welcomed her as their own. The guesthouse was very cosy and comfortable, the photos do not do it justice. As clearly mentioned in the listing, there is not a full kitchen but we managed happily with the toaster oven, microwave and coffee machine. Plus local restaurants were great, Revelry and the Montana Ale House in particular. The fridge was spotless and Erik provided a dish cleaning service for us daily. Beds were super comfortable, the heated floors were a lovely addition and after 4nights it was hard to leave! Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

What a great stay in Bozeman! Erik’s place is quiet and peaceful, with xc trails right out the back door. We were only in town briefly to watch my niece compete in skiing, but I would definitely come back. The place was clean and cozy and our check-in and check-out was flexible due to no arrivals directly before/after us. The dogs had a great time playing in the yard with Timber. The location as perfect — close to everything. Erik and Pepper were amazing hosts, taking care of everything imaginable…even offering their kitchen if we wanted to cook. I hadn’t been to Bozeman in many years, but hope to return to explore more, and will definitely try to come back to Erik’s place.

Can’t beat the location or the hospitality of the host! Erik made sure that we had everything needed for a great weekend stay and the home was just as described. The space was perfect for our family of 3 plus pup, and our toddler misses the “cool toys” already! The location was excellent with easy access to skiing and exploring Bozeman. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed at stay at this beautiful guest space with scenic views of the golf course surrounding the neighborhood. Erik couldn’t have been friendlier and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He also kept the living room well stocked and provided endless toys for my young children. We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for me and my daughter to start our adventures and visit family and friends throughout the Gallatin Valley.

I would give this stay 10 stars if it were possible! Everything was VERY clean! I was concerned about how it might smell because they allow dog guests, but it smelled amazing! Like clean fresh air. We felt cozy and welcomed like we were staying in a beautiful tree house. We were in love with the views from the balcony and deck. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We made s’mores. We enjoyed playing a game of H.O.R.S.E. in the front basketball hoop. There were lots of games and toys for kids infant to teen. We love animals and we especially enjoyed getting to hang out with Hudson, Timber, and Sterling (dog, dog, cat). They really added to our enjoyment! I would choose this place over a hotel EVERY SINGLE TIME! Thank you so much Erik and Pepper for the most amazing stay! We are so grateful!!

We chose this place as a stopover on the way to Yellowstone and truly enjoyed it more than just a stopover!
